San Mateo County Superior Court proposed rule changes on Oct. 2, 2017.

The most significant change appears to be the ability of an attorney or party to receive a tentative ruling on a motion via the court’s web site, rather than just via telephone.

In the case of Probate, mention of telephone access to tentative rulings has been struck.

Comments are due by 2:30 pm by Nov. 16, 2017.  The new rules are effective Jan., 1, 2018.
